IPS Approves Largest Teacher Raises in District History

The Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) Board of School Commissioners unanimously approved both the Indianapolis Education Association (IEA) and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) two-year bargaining contracts.
